Who takes the booking and payment?
You do. We introduce the guest; your team confirms the service, availability, payment and policies.
How are referrals tracked?
Our proposed starting point is a recorded introduction with an inquiry reference, followed by a completed-booking report and monthly reconciliation. We agree the process with you before activation.
