Our role
GoWingFoiling publishes destination information and helps travelers contact activity providers. For independently operated schools, our role is an introduction. We do not operate or supervise their lessons, select their equipment, assess participants or make their on-water safety decisions. We do not collect guest payments or confirm reservations through this website.
Your agreement with the provider
The named provider confirms availability, suitability, prices, payment, cancellations and refunds directly with you. The provider is responsible for delivering its services, including its instructors, equipment, operating permissions, participant assessments and safety arrangements. Ask for the provider’s legal business name, booking terms, activity waiver and insurance details before agreeing to a session. A website inquiry is not a reservation, guarantee of availability or promise that an activity is suitable for you.
Maui and commercial relationships
GoWingFoiling and Wing Foil Maui share an owner. Wing Foil Maui is an affiliated business, not an independent third-party referral. Maui services are arranged directly with Wing Foil Maui under its booking terms. GoWingFoiling may earn a referral commission from other providers for completed referred bookings. Activity risks and planning information
Wing foiling, kitesurfing, efoil, rentals and downwind activities involve risks, including collision, equipment injury, drowning and serious injury or death. Conditions can change quickly. Guides, maps, forecasts, photographs and suggested seasons are planning information, not a live safety assessment, navigation aid or instruction to launch. Discuss your experience, swimming ability and relevant limitations directly with the provider, follow local rules and instruction, and do not enter the water if conditions or support are unsuitable.
Check current information
Prices, schedules, access rules and provider policies can change. Confirm them directly before making travel or payment commitments. A listing, partner label or editorial review does not certify a provider’s safety, licensing, insurance or suitability for an individual participant. Insurance descriptions are attributed to providers and do not establish that a particular person, activity or loss is covered. Ask the provider and your insurer about limits, exclusions and emergency evacuation coverage.
Inquiry information
We use your submitted details to respond. Before sharing your inquiry with an independent provider, we ask your permission and identify the intended provider. See our privacy notice. Submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not send payment card details or medical information through our form.
Responsibility and your rights
Each independent provider is responsible for its own services and conduct. These terms do not remove any responsibility GoWingFoiling may have under applicable law, exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waive your statutory consumer rights. They do not replace a provider’s booking agreement or amend an existing signed agreement.
Questions and emergencies
For website or referral questions, email [email protected]. For a booking, payment or cancellation, contact the provider handling your reservation. This website and its inbox are not emergency services; contact local emergency services for urgent assistance.
